We’re building a new elite engineering unit – Task Force X – led by our CTO. This team’s mission is to revolutionize how we work by developing internal copilots and autonomous agents that increase productivity across the company. As a Senior Software Engineer on this team, you will help build and deploy AI-powered systems and tools that automate workflows, accelerate decision-making, and multiply impact across every department.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement internal copilots and agents using Python and AI frameworks
• Build integrations with internal systems, third-party tools, and data sources
• Develop scalable and maintainable software that supports autonomous workflows
• Monitor and continuously improve performance, reliability, and user impact of deployed agents
• Apply modern software development practices: testing, CI/CD, observability, and code reviews
• Stay up to date with emerging LLMs, agent frameworks, and best practices in AI-driven productivity
  
  

• At least 6 years of hands-on software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript, with backend development experience
• Proven experience in building AI agents, autonomous systems, or developer copilots
• Deep understanding of system integration patterns, APIs such as REST and GraphQL, and cloud infrastructure
• Experience with LLM libraries and agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel
• Strong problem-solving abilities, independent ownership, and collaborative mindset
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  
  

• Data science experience or familiarity with applied machine learning
• Experience with internal tooling or RPA/automation frameworks
• Exposure to cybersecurity or SaaS-based enterprise environments
• Background in designing user-facing or team-enablement tools
