Recruiting Team Lead

Shavit is growing- and we’re looking for a Team Lead to manage and mentor our amazing sourcing & tech recruitment team!

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in managing people in service, sales, sourcing, or call center environments, who’s passionate about people, processes, and performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tech sourcers and recruiters
• Oversee daily workflows, KPIs, and candidate quality
• Provide hands-on guidance and feedback to team members
• Drive performance, creativity, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing efforts with business needs
• Take ownership of recruitment pipelines, ensuring excellent candidate experience
• Bring a service-oriented and sales-driven approach to candidate engagement

What You Bring:

• Experience in leading teams- from service, call center, sourcing, or sales environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for people, processes, and motivation
• Experience in recruitment or sourcing- a plus, but not a must
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and a natural team player
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• High-level Hebrew and English- both spoken and written
