Shavit is growing- and we’re looking for a Team Lead to manage and mentor our amazing sourcing & tech recruitment team!
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in managing people in service, sales, sourcing, or call center environments, who’s passionate about people, processes, and performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tech sourcers and recruiters
- Oversee daily workflows, KPIs, and candidate quality
- Provide hands-on guidance and feedback to team members
- Drive performance, creativity, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing efforts with business needs
- Take ownership of recruitment pipelines, ensuring excellent candidate experience
- Bring a service-oriented and sales-driven approach to candidate engagement
What You Bring:
- Experience in leading teams- from service, call center, sourcing, or sales environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for people, processes, and motivation
- Experience in recruitment or sourcing- a plus, but not a must
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and a natural team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- High-level Hebrew and English- both spoken and written
