Search Engine Optimization Specialist

Webbee Digital Ltd., Israel’s leading LinkedIn marketing agency for organizations, is looking for a part-time SEO Specialist with strong analytical thinking, a marketing mindset, and excellent self-management skills. You'll be responsible for the organic promotion of several websites in diverse industries.

This is an independent role that involves close collaboration with the website owner/manager and full responsibility for enhancing search rankings, driving organic traffic, and improving overall visibility in search engines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and develop content strategies
• Perform on-page optimization (tags, headings, internal linking, site structure)
• Lead and manage content projects in collaboration with content writers
• Analyze performance and create reports using Google Analytics and Search Console
• Build and manage off-page SEO (backlink strategy)
• Identify technical issues and communicate with developers to resolve them
• Monitor competitors and regularly update SEO strategies accordingly

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in SEO
• Deep understanding of search engines and Google's algorithm
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress is a strong advantage)
• Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush / Ahrefs / Screaming Frog – advantage
• Strong writing skills in Hebrew; good English – an advantage
• Proactive mindset, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently

• Part-time (50%), remote work with occasional in-person meetings if needed
