Lead Java Developer

Location: Petah Tikva (Hybrid after 3 months)

A fast-growing tech company in central Israel, building cutting-edge SaaS platforms and hybrid cloud solutions, is looking for a Java Team Lead to join and grow with us. What You’ll Do:

• Lead a team of 4 developers (expanding to 6).
• Guide the development of scalable SaaS and hybrid solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Product to align on business and technical goals.
• Mentor mid/senior developers and lead by example.
• Drive Agile development processes and code quality.
• Participate in architectural decisions and code reviews.

Must-Have:

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Java (Spring framework).
• 2+ years of team leadership experience.
• Experience with cloud architecture (preferably AWS).
• Fluent in English (spoken/written).
• Ability to work on-site 4 days/week during the first 3 months.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with microservices, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, CI/CD.
• Adaptive Agile methodologies.
