Team Leader of Project Managers for Medical Systems | Leading Organization 5241

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Team Leader for Project Managers in the field of medical systems, to join a leading and innovative organization!

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct management of a professional team of project managers.
• Full responsibility for managing the team’s work plan, including task allocation, prioritization, workload management, quality control, performance metrics, and oversight.
• Leading complex cross-organizational projects from initiation through implementation – including schedules, budgets, change management, risk mitigation, and coordination across sensitive interfaces.
• Designing system and technological solutions for both business and medical needs, in close collaboration with internal stakeholders across various departments.
• Overseeing system maintenance, including incident investigation and coordination with external software vendors.
• Driving innovation processes such as evaluating and implementing new technologies, advanced work methodologies, and management tools.
• Working closely with other technology teams to ensure synchronization and overall solution quality.
• Managing internal client interfaces including medical staff, service and marketing, operations, finance, and more, with sensitivity to dynamic needs.
• Developing team capabilities through professional mentoring, personal coaching, and providing tools for self-management, project leadership, system analysis, and design.
• Reporting to the Imaging and Technologies Department Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, or Health Systems Management – mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in direct management of project managers and/or system analysts – mandatory.
• At least 3 years of experience in systems analysis and writing specifications – mandatory.
• Experience working with SQL – mandatory.
• Development background – advantageous.
• Experience working in complex, multi-interface organizational environments – advantage.
• Prior experience in healthcare systems – significant advantage.
• Broad technological knowledge and familiarity with imaging information systems – advantage.
• Familiarity with advanced technologies such as OUTSYSTEMS, predictive modeling, and FHIR – advantage.
