We're looking for a bookkeeper to join our growing finance team and take ownership of our day-to-day financial operations. This is a key role for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing bookkeeping activities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting skills, excellent communication skills, and deep familiarity with NetSuite. You’ll be part of the Finance team, improving financial workflows, and supporting accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Your Day-to-Day will Include:

• Managing all day-to-day bookkeeping activities including A/P, A/R, support, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end processes
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records including reporting to the tax authorities.
• Handling reconciliations of bank, credit card, and intercompany transactions
• Working closely with the Controller and FP&A teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data
• Preparing documentation for auditors and participating in financial audits
• Managing NetSuite ERP operations and ensuring optimal use of the platform
• Creating and maintaining clear documentation for financial processes and procedures
• Identifying and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping or financial operations
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite - advantage
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel and financial tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
