IT digital transformation director

Become part of a rapidly expanding enterprise and spearhead the comprehensive overhaul of its ERP/CRM infrastructures.

Role Summary:

The IT digital transformation department manager will serve a critical function in the strategic architecture, unification, deployment, and oversight of advanced digital systems. This position demands a seasoned professional with a proven record of guiding teams comprising IT experts, external vendors, and project leaders through the development and rollout of modernized software ecosystems. The preferred applicant will possess substantial experience leading end-to-end digital IT transformations, robust leadership capabilities, and in-depth knowledge of ERP/CRM functionalities aligned with organizational goals. Reports directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO).

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
2. Demonstrated experience in end-to-end management, including schedules, workflows and resources management.
3. Practical involvement with expansive billing solutions and logistics operations.
4. Advanced expertise in Salesforce and the Priority suite of tools, productization, validation, productivity enhancement and methodologies.
5. Proven leadership in overseeing implementation, project management teams, and outsourced subcontractors with quantifiable metrics.
6. Outstanding interpersonal abilities and comfort operating in a high-energy, evolving workplace.
7. Advantage to experience with food production sector.
