We’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer to ensure the reliability and performance of our deployed systems. In this hands-on role, you’ll troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues across our full stack—including networking, edge devices, and cloud-connected components. You'll partner closely with field teams, engineering, and QA to drive technical resolution, documentation, and system robustness.
Location
Hybrid Onsite - Caesarea, Israel
After an initial 6-month ramp and training period, successful team members will transition to a hybrid schedule with 2 days per week working from home.
Compensation
13,000 - 16000 NIS month
Responsibilities
- Own field diagnostics and resolution of technical issues involving networking, edge devices, and system integration.
- Support system performance by identifying root causes and proactively preventing potential failures.
- Manage detailed logs of investigations, solutions, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate testing and validation of new hardware/software in real-world conditions.
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, QA, and Product teams to surface bugs and improve reliability.
- Develop scripts and tools to automate diagnostics and support tasks.
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases, support docs, and technical resources.

Must Have
- 3+ years in technical support, system engineering, or IT operations roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Networking, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Strong grasp of network protocols and infrastructure: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, NAT, TLS, PoE, Ethernet, firewalls, routers, switches
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot under pressure with urgency and precision
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
Nice To Have
- Experience supporting IP camera systems or edge-connected devices
- Familiarity with Linux-based systems
- Comfort scripting in Python or similar automation tools
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, Network+, Security+)
