The Team / Shift Lead Production will be responsible for the leadership of a team of production specialists. The holder of this position will oversee the daily production plans within defined timelines and quality standards to meet.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks

• Align resources with production plans on a daily basis
• Provide effective and constructive feedback to production staff and suggest corrective actions if needed to ensure production plans are fulfilled
• Check production plans and fullfillment
• Ensure timely maintenance and repair of machines
  
  

• Apprenticeship in an appropriate technical environment
• Additional specialist qualification and leadership certificate
• Proven experience of working in a similar environment
• Effective leadership skills — finding the balance between drawing a line and mindfullness
• Ability to trouble shoot
• Ability to keep calm in times of pressure
