International Sales Coordinator

Job Description: We're looking for an International Sales Coordinator to support our executive team, distributors, and sales teams. You'll be a key player in our global sales operation, handling tasks like creating quotations, processing orders, invoicing, and reporting for our Israel and USA markets. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a positive, can-do attitude. This is a full-time position where you'll work closely with customers, sales managers, and internal teams to ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare price lists
• Manage demo equipment: inventory, availability, readiness, correct functioning, latest SW upgrade
• Quotes for VP Marketing and Sales
• Price quotations review before submission to manufacturing
• Coordinate new parts creating with Engineering
• Typing orders, Invoices, collection
• Coordinate shipments between customers and logistics
• Support Marcom team on activities like shows preparation, logistics and more
• Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders including ensuring completion of follow up by all parties
• Work closely with various departments to streamline workflow processes
• Manage internal projects from time to time as required through to completion with great communication on progress and completion as well as risks and barriers

Education/Skills/Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar position of sales support and / or Back Office Control of order, collection
• The position includes back-office pre-sale and post-sale responsibilities
• Customer service orientation
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience working with Priority or another ERP system
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to work without direct supervision
• Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks to go above and beyond
