Marketing Project Manager - Strategic Customer Account

Location: Yoqneam Ilit & Kiryat Tivon, Israel (on-site at strategic customer offices in Yoqneam Ilit and Signature-IT offices in Kiryat Tivon)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Project Manager to be embedded on-site with one of our strategic customers in Yoqneam Ilit. This role leverages the extensive knowledge and expertise accumulated within our branding & digital division to ensure success in the position. You'll be backed by the power of professional specialists who provide support, guidance, and mentorship throughout your journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as embedded marketing project manager at strategic customer site in Yoqneam Ilit, managing marketing initiatives from conception to delivery.
• Support and collaborate with Signature-IT's branding & digital team to ensure alignment between customer needs and creative solutions.
• Manage multiple vendors and coordinate agency solutions to deliver comprehensive marketing programs.
• Translate business challenges into actionable marketing strategies and define measurable project KPIs.
• Coordinate marketing project lifecycles, including campaign setup, performance monitoring, and optimization.
• Manage cross-functional workflows between on-site customer teams and Signature-IT creative departments.
• Handle project briefing, timeline management, and quality control for all marketing deliverables.
• Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and deliverable timelines across multiple vendor relationships.
• Conduct market research and provide proactive strategic recommendations to both customer and internal teams.
• Prepare comprehensive project reports and maintain organized documentation across both locations.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between Yoqneam Ilit customer offices and the Kiryat Tivon team.

Required Qualifications

• Native/fluent Hebrew and Native/fluent English (mandatory)
• Broad business understanding and strategic thinking capabilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellence in client service, interpersonal skills, and trust-building
• Deep knowledge of social media and digital advertising landscapes
• Strong attention to detail with a systemic thinking approach
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with continuous learning mindset
• Experience with project management tools (ClickUp preferred)
• Proficiency in social media management platforms and digital marketing metrics
