Role Overview

As Operations & Growth Manager, your mission is to support day-to-day execution across operations, systems, automation, and internal coordination.

You’ll contribute to:

• Keeping systems and workflows running smoothly

• Structuring and improving internal processes

• Supporting growth initiatives

• Delivering data, reporting, and project tracking

This role is ideal for someone autonomous, tech-savvy, structured, and proactive.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Admin

• Organize and maintain internal documentation (Notion, Drive, tracking files)

• Manage invoices, follow-ups, contracts, and coordination tasks

• Maintain calendars, project status updates, and recurring workflows

• Support onboarding of freelancers and tools

• Write internal updates, summaries, and follow-up plans

Data & Reporting

• Build and maintain dashboards (Google Sheets, Airtable)

• Clean and structure CRM data

• Track KPIs across campaigns and projects

• Support monitoring of budgets, ROI, and funnel analytics

Growth & Marketing Support

• Help prepare outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp)

• Research companies, leads, tools, and benchmarks

• Assist with email sequences and database management

• Coordinate LinkedIn content publishing

• Track responses, submissions, and follow-up workflows

Tools & Automation

• Support automation builds in Make (training provided)

• Use ChatGPT (o3-pro) to accelerate writing, research, and structuring

• Document repeatable processes for team scalability

• Test and improve internal tool stacks and workflows

You are…

• Fluent in French (written and spoken)

• Structured, detail-oriented, and accountable

• Comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and digital tools

• Curious, fast learner, and eager to grow in the growth/ops space

• Reliable and solutions-driven — you make things move forward
