Back End Developer

We’re looking for a Backend Developer who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and wants to have a real impact

What You’ll Do

Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs with a strong focus on Python.

Work with tabular data and optimize database operations using.

Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions on AWS.

Collaborate with our AI engineering team to integrate AI-powered features into our platform.

Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, and best practices in a tight-knit startup team.

What We’re Looking For?

3+ years of recent Start-Up, hands-on Python development experience.

5+ years total software development experience.

Background from a startup of similar scale (~50 employees) 

Proven experience with SQL and working with structured/tabular data.

AWS proficiency (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.)

Hands-on with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar

B.Sc. in Computer Science / equivalent military tech experience

working with Data Scientist
