Product Manager

A leading financial organization based in Ramat Gan is seeking a Product Manager to join its Business Division and take ownership of innovative B2B payment and acquiring products. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive impactful product initiatives in the world of business finance, combining strategy, technology, and client value.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full product lifecycle of B2B acquiring and payment solutions – from ideation to launch and optimization
• Develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives and client needs
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, sales, tech, and operations to drive product success
• Identify market trends, customer pain points, and business opportunities to inform product decisions
• Define and manage annual work plans and go-to-market initiatives for business products
• Drive and support strategic marketing campaigns and business partnerships
• Monitor product performance, analyze KPIs, and initiate improvements accordingly
• Serve as the central point of contact for product-related communication across the organization
• Champion innovation by introducing new tools, processes, and ideas that enhance customer value
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and execution of projects

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in one or more of the following: product management, project management, marketing, or business development, preferably in a financial or B2B environment
• Background working with business clients in financial contexts, understanding their needs, challenges, and processes
• Proven ability to initiate, lead, and deliver complex cross functional projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies
• A business-oriented mindset with the ability to understand market trends and identify growth opportunities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
• Familiarity with acquiring, clearing, or payment processing – advantage
