Dover, a leading company in the medical and scientific field, is hiring a Team Leader to lead our top-performing team, working with the most advanced surgical technology in the world-

the daVinci robot.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor and manage a high-performing sales & application teams
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share
• Oversee sales processes and ensure achievement of team targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital leadership, procurement teams, and biomedical departments
• Collaborate with surgeons and senior medical staff in the operating room and beyond
• Provide training, guidance and support to sales and application teams in the field
• Conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities
• Act as a key liaison between the company and top-tier healthcare institutions

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in managing sales teams- mandatory
• Significant experience in medical device sales- mandatory
• Background in surgical technology- strong advantage
• Relevant academic degree- mandatory
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen and interpersonal skills
• High service orientation and results-driven mindset
