Product Manager - Platform

About The Position

We’re hiring a Product Manager – Platform to lead critical product initiatives at the heart of Stampli’s platform in an AI First environment. You’ll play a key role in defining and delivering impactful, intuitive features that empower our customers and scale our AI-powered AP automation system.

As part of our platform team, you’ll shape how intelligence is embedded into product flows, transforming the way finance teams collaborate, approve, and manage spend. This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role where your contributions will have a direct impact on user experience, customer satisfaction, and company growth.

What You Will Do

• Own the full lifecycle of your features—from discovery to delivery and adoption—with an eye for AI-first opportunities that streamline complex workflows.
• Lead product development through deep market research, stakeholder collaboration, and iterative releases.
• Partner with design and engineering to craft simple, user-friendly interfaces within a complex domain.
• Translate customer needs into solutions that are intuitive, measurable, and scalable.
• Support customer needs holistically, putting the customer at the center of every decision, and prioritizing escalations to our escalation team based on a comprehensive, customer-centric perspective.
• Define success using clear KPIs and use data to improve performance, adoption, and usability continuously.
• Identify areas for AI automation, reducing friction and enhancing user experience across core product flows.
• Collaborate with analysts, domain experts, and AI/ML engineers to embed intelligence in meaningful ways.
• Conduct user research, UX testing, and competitive analysis to drive informed decisions.
• Represent your product area across the organization, advocating for both user needs and business impact.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of delivering end-to-end product solutions.
• Proven success managing cross-functional initiatives in agile environments.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to align stakeholders and drive execution.
• Demonstrated ability to lead customer research and translate insights into successful products.
• An analytical mindset with a structured approach to defining and solving problems.
• Experience in defining and tracking metrics to measure product impact and iterate effectively.
• Comfortable collaborating across time zones and remote teams.
• Bias for action, curiosity, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership culture.
  
  

• Experience with accounting or ERP systems (e.g. Intacct, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics ERPs or others).
• Familiarity with AI applications in product experiences.
• Exposure to finance operations or enterprise software environments.
