- Lead an optical and electro-optical development program from concept to maturity.
- Develop hi-end, novel optical components and subsystems.
- Drive excellence and high executional capabilities in Program Management, with a focus on delivering value to the company and customers.
- Develop collaborative relationships with other departments and stakeholders, both within and outside the R&D
- Create customer engagement and solve customer problems
- Excellent analytical skills
- Organized. Detail-oriented
- Proven related experience in conducting and leading innovative science and technology efforts in optics and electro-optics. Concrete theoretical background in relevant disciplines
- 3+ years experience in program management or system engineering of optical and electro-optical products / product lines – mandatory
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Physics / Electrical Engineering specializing in optics
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and eager to take responsibility and deliver results
- Works well under pressure
- Fluent Hebrew and English
- Full time position
- Office\lab working environment
- Can work from home 1-2 days per week
- Occasional extra working hours
- Travel abroad ~2-4 times a year
