Citrix Specialist for a Leading Enterprise Organization! 5246

We are looking for a Senior Citrix Specialist to join the Core Application Infrastructure Team within the Technology Division of a leading enterprise organization.

This role includes full responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Citrix infrastructure in a large-scale enterprise environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and upgrade Citrix farms based on Virtual Apps and Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop)
• Administer Citrix components: StoreFront, Delivery Controllers, VDA, MCS/Provisioning Services
• Ongoing administration of Microsoft infrastructure: AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, WSUS
• Design and maintain Load Balancing solutions, focusing on Citrix ADC (NetScaler)
• Manage a VMware virtualization environment, including ESXi, vCenter, Templates, Cloning, Snapshots
• Automate processes and build advanced PowerShell scripts and workflows
• Analyze traffic and troubleshoot network/latency issues using tools such as Wireshark, Netmon, TCPDump

📌 Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing Citrix farms in environments with 1,000+ users, including deep troubleshooting
• Proven experience (3+ years) in Windows Server infrastructure: Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
• At least 2 years of hands-on work with VMware: installation, resource management, troubleshooting
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills – advantage for experience with Desired State Configuration
• Solid understanding of network protocols and architecture: TCP/IP, HTTP/S, ICA, RDP

• Experience in performance monitoring with Citrix Director, EdgeSight, or third-party tools
• Experience with system hardening and infrastructure security, including WAF, enterprise antivirus, NAC
• Knowledge of MDM/EMM solutions or integration with Azure AD, ADFS, Conditional Access
