Job Description
We are looking for a Junior System & Technical Support Specialist, who is either just starting out or coming in with initial experience and ready to advance toward a Tier 2–3 technical path.
This role involves professional IT Help Desk responsibilities, including deep technical support, working with code, and exposure to cybersecurity.
Our structured professional track will guide you step-by-step toward advanced IT and support roles, with real exposure to technologies used in payment systems, enterprise networks, cloud, and development.

What Will You Do?
Stage 1 – Tier 1 Technical Support:
- Provide phone and digital support to business clients
- Handle basic issues with clearing systems, websites, domains, and APIs
- Professionally document service requests
- Get familiar with client systems and perform initial integrations
Stage 2 – Transition to Tier 2:
- Handle more complex issues, analyze logs, and troubleshoot system connections
- Collaborate with Development, DevOps, IT, and Cybersecurity teams
- Get hands-on exposure to code, configurations, and deep system analysis
Stage 3 – Real Opportunity for Tier 3:
- For top candidates, participate in advanced projects and work directly with code
- Solve systemic issues, build internal tools, and contribute to innovation
- Become part of advanced technical departments and influence real solutions
Requirements
- Basic technical background and/or professional training (certificates, courses, or practical experience in Computers, Networking, Cybersecurity, DevOps, or Development)
- Experience in deep technical support (Professional IT Help Desk) – an advantage
- Familiarity with networks, servers, APIs, and cloud computing – an advantage
- Good technical English
- High curiosity, responsibility, and self-learning ability
- Strong interpersonal communication and service orientation
The starting salary will range between 8–10, depending on experience and background.
