Company Controller

Vanilla Vida is reinventing the vanilla industry with cutting-edge agriculture, post-harvest innovation, and sustainable solutions.



We’re looking for a Company Controller to join our growing finance team and support our CFO with full ownership of financial reporting, cash flow, and budget planning.

Responsibilities:

• Monthly and annual financial reports, including cash flow and budget tracking
• Management of the financial reporting structure (annual consolidated reports, tax filings, and authority submissions)
• Treasury operations: working with our bookkeeper and payroll accountant, banks, payments, collections, and insurance
• Financial infrastructure in ERP systems and implementation of control tools
• Profitability calculations, pricing, and feasibility analysis
• Ongoing communication with external auditors and global subsidiaries

Requirements:

• CPA certification
• 2–5 years of experience as a company accountant
• Experience in industrial or agricultural companies
• Strong attention to detail and business acumen
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
