OFFSET Project Manager

OFFSET Project Manager | Ashdod | IAI

The Elta Systems Engineering and Systems Division is seeking an OFFSET Project Manager to lead the transfer and replication of production lines to international manufacturers.

The position includes:

• Managing BTP projects for transferring and replicating production lines to manufacturers abroad • Managing internal and divisional work interfaces, including engineering, quality, configuration management, environmental testing operations, procurement, and logistics

• Guiding the process of identifying and selecting manufacturers alongside the procurement department

• Establishing production and testing infrastructures at the selected plants

• Transferring production and procurement files

• Building training plans

• Supporting the production line from the prototype stage through serial production, with ongoing managerial and technical control

What we’re looking for:

• Technician, Practical Engineer, or a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electronics

• At least 3 years of proven project management experience is required

• An understanding of manufacturing processes is required

• Familiarity with engineering and manufacturing information systems (TCE, SAP, etc.) is required

• Fluency in English (writing, reading, speaking) is required

• Strong interpersonal skills
