Integration Team Lead

Join our integration team and help connect SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP Integration Suite (formerly CPI). We’re scaling fast and hiring both seasoned developers and early-career technologists eager to learn. Everyone on the team works with senior architects, DevOps engineers, and functional experts to deliver secure, high-availability integrations across the enterprise.

What You’ll Do

Integration Design & Development

• Translate functional specs into iFlows and API integrations.

• Build mappings (XSLT, graphical, Groovy/Java), adapters, and error-handling.

• For Juniors: start with guided configuration tasks and pair-programming on iFlows.

API Management

• Publish and secure REST/OData/SOAP services with SAP API Management.

• Apply policies for auth (OAuth 2.0, SAML), throttling, and monitoring.

Connectivity & Security

• Configure Cloud Connector, BTP destinations, VPN/private-link for hybrid scenarios.

• Manage certificates, keystores, and encrypted credentials.

Lifecycle & DevOps

• Use Git-based CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) for transport across tenants.

• Automate testing and rollback strategies.

Monitoring & Support

• Leverage Integration Suite Monitor, SAP Cloud ALM, or Splunk/Grafana dashboards.

• Troubleshoot runtime issues and document root causes.

Collaboration & Mentoring

• Work closely with SAP functional teams (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba) and external apps (Salesforce, Azure, Kafka).

• Seniors mentor juniors; juniors participate in code reviews and our internal Integration Academy.

●      Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

●      Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

●      High-level written and spoken English.

●      Proven record designing complex iFlows and message mappings (XML, JSON, IDoc, EDIFACT).

●      Solid grasp of EAI/ESB patterns, asynchronous messaging, and API security.

●      Proficiency in Groovy and Java scripting; comfortable with Git-based workflows and transport tools (CTS+, MTAR, cTMS).

●      Experience integrating at least two SAP cloud/on-prem products (e.g., S/4HANA, SuccessFactors) or two non-SAP platform (e.g., Salesforce, Azure Service Bus).

●      Hands-on with SAP Integration Suite / CPI or HCI – Advantage

●      Nice-to-have - SAP Integration Suite certification, exposure to Event Mesh/Kafka, containerization, or Infrastructure-as-Code.

●      Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent hands-on coding experience.

●      Solid fundamentals in at least one programming language (Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python).

●      Familiarity with basics of REST APIs, JSON/XML, and integration concepts (university projects or self-study acceptable).

●      Eagerness to learn SAP Integration Suite; willingness to complete our structured training and certification path within the first 12 months.

●      Any exposure to SAP BTP, message queues, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) - Advantage
