About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Business Technology Lead to take ownership of our entire business systems infrastructure, with a strong focus on leading cross-organizational projects, optimizing processes, and driving integrations between systems, departments, and data.

This role includes full responsibility for system architecture, automations, and IT infrastructure. You’ll report directly to the COO, manage our CRM Manager, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to build a scalable, unified tech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Map business processes and understand the tech needs across departments: Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, HR, and more.
• Plan and maintain systems architecture aligned with company strategy – including BI, access management, infrastructure, and integrations.
• Design and implement automations and system integrations (Zapier, Make, REST API).
• Lead projects end-to-end: scope, prioritize, test, and deploy.
• Manage day-to-day collaboration with software vendors, integrators, and developers.
• Own organizational data governance: synchronization, standards, access, and data integrity.
• Oversee IT infrastructure and information security.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a System Architect or in a similar hands-on tech role.
• Strong experience with SaaS platforms, automation, and system integrations (Zapier / Make / APIs).
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional tech projects and designing system infrastructure.
• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, OfficeRnD, Priority, Monday, and Google Workspace.
• Independent execution capabilities, strong system-level thinking, and excellent cross-team communication.
• Experience working with APIs, data synchronization, onboarding/offboarding processes.

Nice to Have

• Experience in coworking, real estate, customer service, or hospitality.
• Background in Industrial Engineering, Product Management, or Information Systems.
• Experience managing integration or development vendors.
