EMET Group is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead the marketing activities for its Software and Digital Division (Unitask Group), as part of the Group’s HQ marketing team.

Unitask Group, EMET’s Software and Digital arm, operates through several subsidiaries specializing in application and digital product development, enterprise applications (ERP, CRM...) implementation and development, identity management solutions, and more.

About the Role – Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for the Software & Digital Division and its subsidiaries.

• Manage the division's digital presence – including websites, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns.

• Create high-quality marketing content – including customer success stories, marketing materials, event content, and website content.

• Plan, organize, and oversee events, exhibitions, and webinars – including supplier management and logistical coordination.

• Collaborate closely with business unit leaders within the Software & Digital Division and coordinate activities with the Group's central marketing team.

• Manage external suppliers and lead marketing projects while maintaining timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing management roles, preferably in technology / software / B2B sectors.

• Proven experience developing and managing multi-channel marketing plans.

• Experience in managing external suppliers and marketing budgets.

• Excellent writing and communication skills in both Hebrew and English.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools – Google Analytics, email marketing systems, website and social media management platforms.

• Strong strategic thinking combined with high execution capabilities, independence, and proactive approach.

• Knowledge of graphic design software – an advantage.
