IT SYSTEM Specialist

A leading organization in the finance and economics sector is looking for an experienced IT System Specialist to join our team in a dynamic, hands-on role managing advanced IT infrastructure.

Job Description:

• Maintain and manage IT systems, servers, and applications.
• Set up and support Windows servers and infrastructure projects.
• Manage and maintain Active Directory environments.
• Provide technical support to development teams and handle system incidents.
• Ensure data security, backup operations, and user management.
• Work with advanced Microsoft systems such as Exchange, Office 365, Teams, Azure, and more.
• Willingness to be available for off-hours support and 24/7 on-call rotations is required.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role within a mid-to-large organization.
• Strong knowledge of virtualization environments – advantage for VMware and HPE Simplivity.
• In-depth experience with Windows Server (including 2019).
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Powershell scripting, Exchange 2016.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity tools – including antivirus solutions, firewalls (Fortinet/Checkpoint), and backup systems.
• Experience working with cloud environments – strong advantage for Microsoft Azure (user management, permissions, ongoing maintenance).
• Good knowledge of networking: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and experience with Router/Switch configuration.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills and a high level of service orientation.
