Warehouse and Packaging Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Organizing and maintaining warehouse order.
• Performing regular inventory counts.
• Monitoring and maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
• Processing and submitting invoices to accounting for payment.
• Collaborating with various service providers.
• Coordinating domestic shipments.
• Packaging and storing finished products.
• Preparing shipments for delivery.
• Creating and organizing shipping documentation.

Requirements:

• Highly organized and responsible.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding English.
• Prior experience in a similar role.
• Background as a practical engineer or technician is a plus.
• Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
