Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Manager, based in Nes Ziona. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the IT service team, ensuring efficient and effective customer support, managing service requests, and coordinating between departments. Daily tasks include supervising staff, monitoring systems, handling client communications, and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Qualifications
- IT Service Management and Technical Support skills
- Experience in team supervision and staff management
- Excellent communication and client relation skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Familiarity with IT systems, software, and infrastructure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
