Flutter Team Lead

Tabit is looking for a charismatic and experienced Flutter Team Leader to join us and lead the development of high-scale Web and Mobile applications using Flutter a fast-growing, strategic technology within our company.

What You'll Do:

• Build and lead a new Flutter team from the ground up – both technically and organizationally.
• Develop scalable, high-quality applications for both Web and Mobile using Flutter.
• Work closely with Product Managers and the R&D Director to shape and deliver key product features.
• Set technical standards and best practices across the team, including the implementation of SOLID principles and clean architecture.
• Help define the long-term Flutter strategy and drive adoption across the company.

Requirements:

• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, including significant hands-on experience with Flutter.
• Proven leadership skills – either as a team lead or in a strong tech lead capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of Riverpod and Provider - required.
• Strong experience building and maintaining scalable applications across Web and Mobile.
• Excellent understanding of clean code principles, performance optimization, and app architecture.
• Familiarity with SOLID principles and clean, maintainable code practices.

Nice to Have:

• Backend experience
• Previous experience working in a product company, with structured development processes and close collaboration across functions.
