Anchor is an AI-native platform that automates RFPs, security questionnaires, and compliance workflows for enterprise teams. We empower organizations to respond faster, smarter, and with greater trust—delivering documents in hours, not weeks.

What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive full-stack applications in TypeScript (React, Next.js, NestJS) with a focus on AI-guided document workflows.
• Build backend services in Python (FastAPI) that orchestrate prompt pipelines, semantic search, document ingestion, and AI inference.
• Embed AI-native features—LLM-backed suggestions, citation tracing, automated answer completion—directly into user flows.
• Work end‑to‑end: from feature planning and design, to production.
• Participate in architectural decisions, shared framework development, and drive overall code quality and observability.

What you’ll bring:

• 4+ years of full-stack engineering experience, ideally building AI-augmented SaaS products.
• Deep proficiency in TS/React/Next.js/NestJS and backend development in Python (FastAPI).
• Experience with event-driven systems and asynchronous workflows.
• Familiarity with vector databases or semantic search, LLM integration, or prompt-based pipelines is a strong plus.
• Strong type-driven engineering mindset—client and server.
• Excellent communication, ownership, and product instincts in fast-moving environments.
