Job Description

Position holder will be responsible for:

• 1. Motion Graphics & Animation
• Design and animate 2D/3D motion graphics (typography, infographics, logos, and UI/UX elements).
• Create style frames, storyboards, and animatics to visualize concepts.
• Develop dynamic transitions, kinetic text, and visual effects to enhance videos.
• Ensure animations align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• 2. Video Editing & Post-Production
• Edit raw footage into compelling narratives using Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Sync audio, color-correct footage, and apply basic sound design for polished deliverables.
• Integrate motion graphics seamlessly into edited videos.
• Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• 3. Software & Technical Skills
• Primary Tools: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Bonus Skills: Cinema 4D/Blender (3D animation), Audition (audio editing), Figma (UI motion).
• Efficient use of plugins (Element 3D, Trapcode Suite) and rendering techniques.
• 4. Collaboration & Workflow
• Work with videographers, designers, and marketing teams to execute projects.
• Adapt to feedback while maintaining creative quality and deadlines.
• Organize and archive project files for future use.
  
  

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of motion graphics and video editing experience (portfolio required).
• Mastery of After Effects and Premiere Pro; 3D animation.
• Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Preferred Skills:
• 3D motion graphics (Cinema 4D/Blender).
• UI/UX motion design (for apps/websites).
