Job Description

• Photography & Shooting
• Capture high-resolution images for branding, marketing, social media, events, products, or portraits in studio or on location.
• Set up lighting, backgrounds, and equipment to achieve desired aesthetics.
• Direct subjects (models, clients, or team members) for natural and engaging shots.
• Shoot in various styles (candid, posed, documentary, etc.) based on project requirements.
• Post-Production & Editing
• Edit and retouch photos using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or other professional software.
• Ensure color correction, cropping, and enhancements align with brand guidelines.
• Organize, archive, and manage digital assets for easy retrieval and future use.
• Equipment & Technical Expertise
• Operate and maintain professional DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting, and accessories.
• Stay updated on the latest photography trends, techniques, and editing tools.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with cameras, lighting, or software.
• Collaboration & Client Management
• Work closely with marketing teams, art directors, to understand project vision.
• Participate in creative briefings and provide input on shoot concepts.
• Ensure timely delivery of final images while meeting quality standards.
• Project Management
• Plan and schedule photo shoots efficiently, considering location, lighting, and logistics.
• Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
• Assist in selecting final images for campaigns, websites, or publications.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in professional photography (portfolio required).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in manual camera settings, lighting setups, and photo editing software.
• Creativity: Strong sense of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Adaptability: Ability to shoot in different environments (studio, outdoor, low-light, etc.).
