We are seeking an experienced Blockchain Security Architect to join our growing global team. This role is critical to the development and implementation of secure blockchain infrastructure, protocols, and operations. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and apply robust security frameworks across DeFi platforms, digital asset custody, staking systems, and blockchain-based applications.

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in cybersecurity, hands-on blockchain experience, and a forward-thinking mindset focused on both risk prevention and scalable architecture.

• Lead technical and security evaluations of new blockchain protocols, coins, and digital asset infrastructures.
• Conduct risk assessments across blockchain applications, including staking, DeFi, and custody services.
• Design and enforce secure architecture standards and best practices across blockchain-related products and platforms.
• Implement and manage secure operational frameworks for digital asset custody, including both software and hardware components.
• Build secure computing environments from the ground up, applying advanced security configurations and policies.
• Develop comprehensive operational and physical security policies for custody solutions.
• Design and maintain on-chain monitoring tools and incident response playbooks tailored to blockchain-specific events.
• Lead the creation and refinement of risk management frameworks in coordination with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, including roles in security architecture, security engineering, or cloud security.
• Minimum 3 years of direct experience working with blockchain technologies such as consensus algorithms, decentralized exchanges (DEXs), bridges, oracles, and wallets.
• Strong understanding of blockchain security architecture and cryptographic principles.
• Experience with both custodial and non-custodial wallet frameworks and related security models.
• Proficiency in securing cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure, using cloud-native tools and zero-trust frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to assess and mitigate complex technical risks in blockchain environments.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
