Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping with a subsidiary abroad:

Receiving invoices, payments and adjustments

Handling suppliers:

Opening new suppliers, receiving invoices, adjustments, payments

Handling Customers:

Opening customers, generating invoices, debt collection, adjustments, receipts

Requirements:

Bookkeeping certification Type 2 (Type 3 is an advantage)
Minimum 4 years of experience in bookkeeping
Experience working with suppliers in Israel and abroad
Experience working with clients in Israel and abroad - including producing invoices
Mastery of Excel software
Experience working with PRIORITY software
Professional level English - ability to communicate with customers and suppliers abroad
