Senior Product Designer

We’re looking for a talented Senior Product Designer. In this role, you’ll lead design initiatives for one of our core product areas, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to craft thoughtful and impactful user experience.

In this role, you’ll take on complex design challenges, transforming them into intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly experiences.The ideal candidate has a creative mindset, a strong understanding of design principles and a knack for translating complex ideas into intuitive and delightful user experiences. In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For

• Drive the end-to-end product design process in collaboration with key stakeholders - from user research and problem definition to solution strategy, ideation, validation, development handoff, design QA, and post-launch analysis.
• Apply design thinking methods to ensure delivery of innovative end-to-end user experiences that are based on user needs and goals while seeing the big picture.
• Conducting various research methods throughout the design process to understand the users pain points and needs and to validate our solution based on research insights, then develop the right UX solutions.
• Deliver detailed designs" visions, specifications, wireframes and prototypes.
• Work closely with Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to accelerate delivery and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices, continuously advocating for the integration of new ideas and approaches into the design process.
• Leverage conversational and generative AI tools to accelerate the design process - from research analysis to ideation and execution, while maintaining a critical eye to validate and refine outputs rather than accepting them at face value.
  
  

About You

• 4+ years experience as a Product Designer designing complex B2B systems and creating user experiences for products - Must
• Proven experience designing intuitive user interfaces for customer-facing products - Must
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working in an end-to-end UX process from ideation, wireframing and prototyping based on data, user testing, designing and customer feedback.
• Familiarity with AI technologies - must.
• Experienced in leading large-scale projects end-to-end, from research and concept development to implementation.
• Be a problem solver and present alternatives - the ability to understand and distill complex problems into elegant, informed solutions.
• Fluency in user-centered design best practices and trends across web and mobile platforms, as well as knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
• Advanced proficiency of spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills and ability to work in close collaboration with other team members.
