Description

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic VP Marketing to lead and scale our marketing efforts. This role requires a data-informed thinker with a creative edge, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive both performance and brand impact.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with company goals
Lead campaign ideation across digital and offline channels
Drive data analytics and reporting to measure performance and optimize outcomes
Oversee ongoing optimization of all marketing activities
Design and manage customer retention strategies
Deliver insights and recommendations through regular reports and dashboards
Collaborate closely with the CMO to align efforts across departments

Requirements

Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in HealthTech or related industry
Extensive experience managing large-scale marketing campaigns (over $30M annually), preferably in B2C companies
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
Creative approach to problem-solving and campaign development
Hands-on experience with performance marketing, brand management, and retention
Excellent communication and leadership skills
