Lead Product Manager

NoviSign is looking for a hands-on, strategic Lead Product Manager to take full ownership of our platform and help shape the future of digital signage.

You’ll be the product compass of the company — defining direction, driving execution, and ensuring impact. As part of your role, you’ll lead cross-functional collaboration across the organization and manage a small product team, while also staying close to the details and getting things done.

This is a full-time, on-site position at our headquarters in Kfar Saba, Israel.

• Own the full product lifecycle – from discovery and strategy to delivery
• Define and maintain the product roadmap based on user needs and company goals
• Lead day-to-day execution: write PRDs, user stories, wireframes, UX flows, and A/B tests
• Bring clarity, focus, and energy to a fast-paced startup environment
• Work closely with engineering to ship quickly and iterate with confidence
• Drive alignment across all teams — R&D, sales, marketing, QA, support, partners, and founders
• Manage and mentor the product team, ensuring clarity, ownership, and momentum
• Represent the product in strategic discussions with customers and partners
  

• 3+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS startup
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple stakeholders
• Experience managing or mentoring product managers or product owners
• Strong technical background – able to work closely with developers and understand APIs and architecture
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Comfortable using AI tools and low-code platforms for rapid prototyping
• Familiarity with digital signage or CMS platforms – a plus
• Experience with generative AI or machine learning – a plus
• Startup mindset: proactive, curious, self-driven, and adaptable
