Role Overview and Key Responsibilities

-       Lead the rollout of a new PDM system, laying the backbone for rapid scale-up.

-       Support R&D and engineering teams by designing and drafting fixtures and system components.

-       Assist with field integration and testing of prototype systems.

-       Collaborate with senior engineers, vendors, and manufacturing partners to ensure robust designs under demanding thermal and mechanical conditions.

-       Learn shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced designers, present ideas, iterate fast, and make it work!

-       Impact: Your work will help scale revolutionary clean-energy tech from lab to grid.

Key Requirements

-       Enrollment: 4th-year Mechanical Engineering student at a recognized Israeli university (cum laude).

-       Availability: Minimum 20–30 hours per week (hybrid flexibility around exams).

-       Skills: SolidWorks proficiency; familiarity with SolidWorks PDM is a strong advantage.

-       Technical: Confident reading mechanical drawings and eager to tackle real hardware challenges.

-       Mindset: Passion for clean energy, strong communication in Hebrew & English, and a drive to learn and ship results.
