As we prepare to emerge from stealth, we seek a hands-on marketing leader to drive sustainable pipeline growth and build scalable marketing foundations from the ground up.

About the Role:

You will be our first marketing leader, an execution driven professional with a bias for action and measurable results. Your main focus is demand generation: designing and running campaigns that drive meetings, fill the funnel and nurture opportunities. You will also spearhead our launch out of stealth, own field marketing and establish a modern scalable marketing engine powered by AI tools and workflows.

What You Will Do:

Demand Generation

• Build and execute integrated campaigns across paid, organic, email, events and outbound channels

• Ensure high quality pipeline generation including back to back meetings at events

• Develop nurture sequences, sales enablement collateral and lead scoring frameworks

AI Powered Execution

• Embed AI tools into the marketing stack to boost productivity and creativity

• Run ongoing experiments with AI for content creation, personalization, data analysis and campaign optimization

Marketing Operations

• Implement foundational tooling such as CRM integrations, marketing automation, attribution reporting and campaign dashboards

• Track, measure and optimize conversion rates across the funnel with a focus on revenue outcomes rather than vanity metrics

Field Marketing and Community Activation

• Define and execute field marketing strategy including securing speaker slots, sponsoring key conferences and organizing localized events such as roundtables, meetups and dinners

• Drive early community engagement through in person activations with industry influencers, advisors and customers

• Collaborate with sales to align regional programs with pipeline goals and create tailored in market initiatives that accelerate deals

Who You Are:

• Minimum of five years in B2B marketing with strong demand generation experience, ideally as a founding marketer or early stage leader from seed through Series B

• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity and/or cloud infrastructure markets and ability to translate technical capabilities into customer value

• Hands on experience with AI tools and a track record of experimenting and embedding them into your workflow

• Proven success designing and executing high impact campaigns across paid, organic, outbound and content channels

• Experience planning and running field events, conferences and community programs that deliver measurable results

• Strategic thinker who also rolls up sleeves, comfortable writing copy, managing paid ads and briefing designers

• Self starter mindset energized by building from zero to one with urgency and autonomy

• Collaborative partner who aligns marketing with sales, product and broader business objectives
