Full-Stack Web Developer

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Full-Stack Web Developer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and implementing new features for our enterprise-level applications, optimising existing systems, and maintaining legacy platforms. You will work closely with product managers and stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions that support our mission in online education. This is a fully remote position.

Responsibilitie

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack web applications using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core
• Maintain and enhance legacy systems to ensure continued stability and performance
• Optimise application performance, scalability, and security.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices
• Work with AWS services and Git-based workflows for version control and deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA, DevOps, and UX designers.
• Build intuitive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and object-oriented JavaScript.
• Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers

Requirments:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong time management, accountability, and a self-driven approach.
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development using relevant technologies
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, T-SQL, and JavaScript.
• Solid experience with HTML5, CSS3, and object-oriented JavaScript patterns.
• Experience working with AWS-based cloud environments.
• Proficient in Git version control and collaborative development tools.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and architecture patterns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with EdTech or an online learning platform
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular)
• Experience with VBScript and Classic ASP.
• Exposure to microservices or service-oriented architectures
