Python Backend Developer

We're Hiring for our R&D team - Python Backend Developer!

Predicto is expanding its R&D team and looking for a highly skilled Python backend developer to help build the next generation of automation and analytics tools in the AdTech space. If you're passionate about scalable architecture, performance, and product-driven development—we want to talk to you.

Who We're Looking For:

* At least 3 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Python

* Strong understanding of system design, API architecture, and database performance

* Solid experience with Django (or FastAPI/Flask), REST APIs, and background workers

* Production experience with AWS services (RDS, SQS, ECS, S3, etc.)

* Proficient in working with SQL databases (MariaDB, PostgreSQL)

* BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

* Strong communication skills and ability to own features end-to-end

* Bonus: Experience in AdTech, OpenAI API integrations, or data pipelines

What You'll Be Building:

You’ll join a core R&D team responsible for:

Designing and scaling data-intensive backend systems

Building APIs and pipelines for policy automation, ad campaign tracking, and reporting

Integrating third-party platforms (Facebook, Google Ads, etc.)

Contributing to infrastructure, CI/CD, and production-quality code

Working closely with product and data teams to ship meaningful features
