Mechanical Engineer

We're looking for a highly motivated mechanical engineer to join our naval project management team, contributing to the design, integration, and support of advanced combat vessels.

The ideal candidate combines technical proficiency with a proactive mindset and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support and coordinate with industries involved in the ship’s propulsion systems and assemblies.
• Collaborate closely with the prime contractor to ensure project alignment and progress.
• Participate in pre-construction FAT and assessments both domestically and internationally.
• Monitor and oversee installation work aboard naval vessels to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
• Proficient in English (reading and writing).
• Completed military service; preference given to ׳Atuda graduates׳ or candidates with naval background.
• Candidate must hold Israeli citizenship.
• The candidate will be required to successfully complete a security clearance process.
