flō is a tech startup based in Israel, developing breakthrough digital printing technology for optical lens coatings.

Role Summary: We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented PMO to join our team during a critical phase of product development. As the sole person in this role, you will be responsible for planning, tracking, and coordinating multidisciplinary projects across R&D. Your work will play a key role in helping the company meet milestones on the path forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and integrated roadmaps across R&D teams.
• Track execution status, flag risks and delays, and proactively follow up to keep everyone aligned.
• Facilitate routine of project syncs, testing tools shifts allocation, PLCM gates like PECO/FRR, milestone reviews, and decision-making forums.
• Own project documentation, task tracking, and team coordination tools (e.g., Monday.com, Confluence).
• Help leadership maintain visibility on progress toward key deliverables.
• Support cross-team alignment across R&D teams.
• Establish lightweight PMO practices adapted to a dynamic R&D startup environment.

Requirements:

• BSc/MSc in Engineering / Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination or program management, preferably in capital equipment, hardware startups, or R&D environments.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (hardware, software, materials/chemistry, process).
• Strong organizational and communication skills; high attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, uncertain, and execution-driven culture.
• Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Monday.com, or equivalent.
