We're hiring a Security Infrastructure Team Lead!
Join a forward-thinking and security-driven organization where you'll take part in building and protecting critical infrastructure, while leading a team and driving compliance, innovation, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee implementation, operation, and maintenance of infrastructure-level security solutions
- Collaborate closely with Information Security teams and other technical stakeholders
- Provide security leadership in enterprise infrastructure projects
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and respond to security incidents and faults (24/7 availability as needed)
- Continuously enhance readiness and response capabilities for infrastructure-level security events
- Drive improvements in systems and processes based on organizational needs and policies
- Support internal and external security audits
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure-focused security implementation within large-scale organizations
- Hands-on experience leading infrastructure-level security solutions
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a team or leading security-related projects
- Deep familiarity with security products such as AV, EDR, file sanitization systems (e.g., OPSWAT), Microsoft Defender, DLP, and Proxy
- Experience in regulated or highly secure environments (e.g., financial institutions)- strong advantage
- Hands-on knowledge of PIM/PAM solutions, privileged access vaults, and F5-ASM- advantage
- Experience with cloud security (Azure, AWS, or other)- significant advantage
- Relevant certifications- advantage
- High-level English proficiency (written and verbal)
