We are looking for a full-time Visual Artist Relationship Specialist to join the vibrant A&R Team in TLV

• Cultivate and manage a global community of top-tier visual creators, including filmmakers, photographers, and motion designers..
• Grow our video, photo, and motion graphics catalog by identifying talent, outreach, and initiating partnerships.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate cutting-edge AI tools to optimize content workflows and strategy.
• Create a strategy for a successful workflow to develop and strengthen our visual catalog.
• Support royalty payments and ensure smooth contributor accounting and reporting.
• A sharp eye for creativity is at the heart of everything—spotting unique voices and pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling
  
  

• At least 2 years of experience as a customer service representative and/or content creator - filmmaking, photography, or motion design experience and/or education.
• Extraordinary communication and relationship-building skills with strong written and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and strong attention to detail.
• One who has an intuitive grasp of creative choices in filmmaking (additional visual fields a plus).
• Communications experience (CRM experience a plus).
• Fluent English speaker with strong writing skills.
