Role Overview

We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our

team and help manage the operational backbone of our growing investment business.

The Operations Associate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of trade

lifecycle processes, cash and position reconciliations, data integrity, and coordination

between internal and external parties. This person will play a critical role in supporting

portfolio managers, risk, compliance, external service providers and investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Trade capture, validation, and reconciliation across all asset classes (equities,

derivatives, FX, fixed income, etc.)

• Daily P&L and monthly NAV production in coordination with prime brokers and fund

administrators

• Position and cash reconciliations with prime brokers, custodians, and administrators
• Oversight of corporate actions and security master data
• Settlement oversight and resolution of trade breaks
• Support month-end and quarter-end processes, including investor reporting and audit

requests

• Interface with fund administrators, prime brokers, counterparties and other service

providers to ensure data integrity and timely reporting

• Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to ensure controls and policies are adhered

to

• Help improve and streamline operational workflows, automation, and system

enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and the ability to think

critically and creatively in solving problems

• Ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ambition to learn and become a subject matter expert
• Relevant experience in a hedge fund, asset manager, auditor or prime brokerage

operations/middle office role preferred

• Understanding of trade lifecycle, operational controls, and reconciliation processes
• Familiarity with a variety of instruments including listed securities, OTC derivatives, FX,

and fixed income

• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of VBA, Python, or SQL is a plus
• Fluency in English
