Growth Operations Manager - JB-3248

We are looking for a data driven

and proactive Growth Operations Manager who thrives on turning insights into action. In this role, you will own key metrics, analyze business performance, and drive process improvements across multiple departments. You’ll be the person who identifies opportunities, builds KPIs, and ensures they

lead to measurable impact on revenue growth and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

Lead high- impact projects from ideation to execution, using data and AI enhanced tools to deliver tangible

results and operational improvements.

Build, track, and optimize key KPIs for sales and operations teams leveraging data insights for better decision-making.

Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover inefficiencies, gaps, and growth opportunities across departments.

Develop actionable plans and implement operational changes that deliver real results.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance) to improve processes, increase funnel efficiency, lead quality, conversion rates, and operational workflows.

Work with BI tools and dashboards to monitor performance and provide actionable insights.

Support leadership with performance reports, forecasts, and recommendations backed by data and modern AI tools.

Continuously seek new opportunities to improve processes and reduce bottlenecks, leveraging automation and AI solutions as enablers for smarter operations.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, BI, or Business Analytics.

A proactive, self-driven mindset with high energy and a passion for impact.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy and action.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English (written and spoken).

Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with BI tools (Looker Studio is a big plus). Highly Tech-Savvy, experienced using AI-powered tools.

Experience with Salesforce is highly desirable
