Collaborating closely with sales managers, HR, sales operations, and finance teams is integral to your success.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to sales managers on commission-related inquiries and issues.
• Lead training programs to enhance the sales team's understanding of commission structures and processes.
• Collaborate with sales managers, HR, sales operations, and finance teams for smooth day-to-day operations of sales incentive plans.
• Utilize analytical skills to monitor and analyze commission data, identify trends, and provide insights for improved commission effectiveness.
  
  

• Excellent English – mandatory.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High-level of proficiency and experience with Excel skills and MS Office Applications (Anaplan skills advantage).
• BA in Economics, Industrial engineering, or Business Administration.
• Problem solving capabilities.
• Detail-oriented, fast learner with strong execution drive.
