Senior UX & Product Design Manager

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a talented team of designers shaping the future of enterprise products in the data, privacy, and cybersecurity space. As a strategic leader, you will define and elevate the UX vision, drive innovation across complex systems, and foster a culture of creativity and collaboration. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, scalable design systems and experiences that make an impact. This is a high-ownership role for a hands-on design leader passionate about building exceptional product experiences in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Accountabilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of UX and product designers across multiple product lines.
• Define and uphold design standards to ensure usability, innovation, and visual consistency across experiences.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver strategic, user-centered solutions for complex data challenges.
• Oversee the complete design lifecycle — from discovery and user research through to high-fidelity prototyping and delivery.
• Champion data-informed decision-making, using insights to align UX strategies with user needs and business goals.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and creative team culture where continuous learning and excellence are valued.
  
  

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UX and product design, including at least 4 years in a leadership or team management role.
• Proven track record of designing for enterprise platforms, complex systems, or data-rich environments.
• Advanced expertise in Figma, including design systems, component libraries, and prototyping workflows.
• Strong experience building, scaling, and maintaining design systems.
• Portfolio showcasing strategic UX thinking, elegant execution, and impactful results is required.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Deep understanding of UX research practices and ability to integrate insights across the design process.
• Team-first mindset with high emotional intelligence, problem-solving agility, and creative vision.
  
  

Preferred

• Experience in cybersecurity, AI, or data infrastructure environments.
• Background in accessibility, inclusive design, or global UX strategies.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles and strong technical collaboration skills.
