We're seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager for the AI platform we develop (ELI+) with the vision of Autonomous Property Management. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping the evolution of our AI platform, advancing our mission to offer standardized omni-channel communication solutions across our diverse range of products. Operating at the intersection of business and technology, you'll collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, and other key stakeholders to innovate, conceptualize, and pilot cutting-edge capabilities that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams throughout the product development lifecycle, leveraging AI enhancements to elevate user experiences and streamline operations.
• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and customer demands.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the successful implementation of product strategies, particularly tailored to enterprise clientele.
• Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback evaluation to uncover new opportunities and feature enhancements.
• Prioritize and oversee the product backlog, utilizing data-driven insights to deliver impactful features within specified timelines.
• Craft and maintain detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications for development teams across different geographic locations.
• Advocate for the product internally and externally, showcasing revenue-generating capabilities to stakeholders, clients, and industry gatherings.
• Champion agile development methodologies, fostering continuous improvement and iterative release cycles.
• Monitor product performance metrics, analyze user behavior, and derive actionable insights to drive ongoing product enhancements.
• Remain abreast of industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and best practices to fuel innovation within our product offerings.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of proven experience in product management or related roles within the software industry.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products, preferably in the communications or SaaS domain.
• Thorough understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills, adept at conveying complex concepts with clarity and persuasiveness.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate software procurement processes within enterprise organizations.
• Track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
• Strong analytical prowess, capable of translating data insights into informed decisions.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools.
• Previous experience collaborating with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams and enterprise clients.
  
  

• 2+ years of experience as a software engineer or in a related role within the software industry.
• MBA qualification is a plus.
