About The Role

• Participating in our monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Verifying proper implementation of company’s’ processes and procedures and adhere compliance
• Collaborate and liaise with the external audit team during the interim reports reviews and annual audits
• Preparation of the annual tax returns and other statutory reporting requirements
• Monitoring and reviewing the accuracy of financial data
• Performing and implementing different internal controls to ensure SOX compliance.
• Manage and maintain the preparation of the statutory financial statements and the tax returns
• Assist with special projects as required
  
  

• CPA with a minimum of 5 years experience (post internship)
• At least one role as an assistant controller & one role as a controller outside post internship ( in public traded company- significant advantage)
• Vast experience with IFRS accounting standards. ( US GAAP- an advantage)
• Team player who, not afraid to “wrap up the sleeves” and build, design and implement procedures and process from scratch
• Willing to work long hours
• Experience with Priority, SAP B1, or NetSuite ERP systems - an advantage.
• Excellent Excel skills and ability to work with analysis and
• Consolidation experience in group contains multiple subsidiaries
• Detailed-oriented with superior analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed and make an impact.
